New England Revolution Sign Lithuanian Forward Edgaras Jankauskas

The New England Revolution have signed Lithuanian trialist Edgaras Jankauskas following a trial with the club. The 34 year old striker has been capped 54 times by Lithuania, scoring 10 times, he has also played for several European clubs including, CSKA Moscow, Torpedo, FC Bruges, Real Sociedad, FC Porto and Benfica. Jankauskas will be officially added to the clubs roster after receiving his US P-1 Visa approval and will occupy an international roster spot.

    I gotta say it’s nice to see another out-dated “international stud” i’ve never heard of play in the MLS.
