Watch the Ball Carefully

Do not lose sight of the ball, sometimes the attention of the ball is lost to focus it on the opposing player or on the target. It is considered that more than 50% of the errors that are kept in a match are the product of not observing the ball enough or losing sight of it at the last moment.

Relax Your Muscles

There is a tendency to use too much muscle power in the blows, thus using muscles that do not contribute to the blow. Sometimes the racket is gripped by squeezing it instead of holding and guiding it. The arm joints lock up when the fist is tightened too much, the racket should be held as loosely as possible without affecting control.

Locate Your Ideal Point of Contact

Having the point of contact located is essential to playing efficiently and effortlessly. If at the moment of hitting the ball the feeling is one of discomfort and tension and you have to move your body to adjust to the ball, it is because the point of contact is not adequate. It is ideal to locate the posture that allows hitting the ball leaving the head completely still.

Do Not Move Your Head in The Hit

Achieving this goal is essential for the player to keep his body stable during his shots since moving the body at the moment of hitting the ball alters the trajectory of the ball.

The head is the basis of balance in tennis, if it moves the body follows it. This is why you need to focus on keeping your head still for better balance and consistency.

Shoulders Parallel To The Ground

In this sport, an imaginary axis is placed that crosses from the upper part of our body to the lower part passing through our head, and cutting the body in two. Power in our game is gained through maintaining this vertical axis perpendicular to the ground, keeping the shoulders parallel to the ground at all times.
